ShipEngine Users: How Do I Toggle Between the Use of ShipEngine & Manually Inputting Tracking Information?

For portal users who have access to the use of Olivela's ShipEngine account, you will have the ability to choose whether to use ShipEngine to generate a tracking label (and automatically generate tracking information) or to manually input tracking information into the portal. 

To submit a shipment using ShipEngine's label generation functionality, create a shipment for your order and choose the option "Create tracking labels using the merchant's account (Olivela)":

Once this option is chosen, follow the steps in this article to create your shipment. 

To submit a shipment by manually inputting tracking information in the portal, create a shipment for your order and choose the option "Create tracking labels using another system (manual entry)":

Once this option is chosen, follow the steps in this article to create your shipment.
