Olivela asks that you ship and fulfill an order within the approved shipping window.
Olivela will provide the Requested Ship Date on the order. This can be found in the portal by pulling up the order (instructions on viewing an order can be found here: https://olivela.logicbroker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033317591-Order-Details) and looking at the Shipping and Payment Information section:
In order to let Olivela know you can meet the requested ship date, you must provide the Estimated Ship Date in the Acknowledgment. Instructions for creating an Acknowledgment can be found here: https://olivela.logicbroker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032951992-Creating-an-Acknowledgement-Accept-Cancel-
Once completed, the acknowledgment will display the following:
After you have acknowledged your orders and have provided the Estimated Ship Date you can view in the portal what POs are due to ship on the current day. On the dashboard you will see “Orders Shipping Today”:
If you click into that box, it will bring you to a new screen that will show you all the POs that need to be shipped as of the current date:
In addition to viewing all POs that are “Shipping Today”, you can also view all orders with their requested ship date. To do this, navigate to Orders:
On the Order Management page, on the top right you can add a column for Requested Ship Date. Click on the 3 vertical bars, and when the drop down menu appears click on Requested Ship Date:
When the Requested Ship Date has been turned on, it will change the display of the orders to show the Requested Ship Date:
