Adding Users
Who can add new users?
Only current Logicbroker users with Users permissions can send out invitations to new team members.
How can I add a new user?
- In the Logicbroker portal, navigate to Settings > Manage Users > enter in the email address of the new person you'd like to send an invitation to > adjust their Permissions > Send Invite
* Olivela recommends turning on all permissions for better accessibility
- Once the invitation is sent, the new user will receive an email with the Subject Line: "Welcome to Logicbroker!". This invitation will allow them to create a login and password to the Logicbroker platform. If they don't see this email, have them check their junk mail folder and add do-not-reply@logicbroker.com to their contacts list.
*Note: the invitation will expire after 48 hours. If they miss their window, send them a new invitation.
- Once the user has registered, their username, email, first and last name will appear in the portal under the Users section.
How can I delete a user?
If an active user is no longer part of your team, or you don't want them to have access anymore, you can delete their account if you have users/manage permissions. In the portal, go to Settings > Manage Users > under the Users section, click on Delete for the account you want to delete. This will go into effect immediately.
*Note you cannot re-enable a deleted user, you would have to send them a new invitation.

Permissions
What do the different permissions mean?
- users/manage - add/deactivate users and edit their permissions
- orders/manage - process orders and create return documents
- inventory/manage - manage, edit and upload inventory into the portal
- api/manage - configure or establish an API relationship using Logicbroker's API Authentication tool
- settings/manage - access to view connections, scheduled tasks, notifications and account info
- ccn/manage - accessibility to Logicbroker's Connected Commerce Network
- analytics/manage - use and customize the analytic reporting feature in the portal
- integrations/manage - if you are a retailer, you can integrate new suppliers with this functionality * This permission is not useful for Olivela suppliers. If turned on, it won't change anything so it is safe to leave it on
Which permissions should I turn on for new users?
Olivela recommends turning on all permissions for all new users for better accessibility. We do not normally see new users with all permissions turned on cause any issues, but if you are worried about inviting a new person from your team to the portal, the orders/manage and inventory/manage are the default ones you should enable.
Can I add edit an account and add new permissions later on?
Yes, to update an existing user's permissions and edit their information, go to the portal > Settings > Manage Users > under the Users section, click on Edit for the account you want to edit > enable/disable the permissions you want to update, change the account's First or Last name > Save
*Note: you can only add permission you yourself have. If you don't have the inventory/manage permission, you cannot add enable this for another user.

Making Changes to Your Account
Can I change the username or email address associated with my current account?
No, the only changes you can make are to your permissions and name. If you would like to change your username or email address, have someone from your team delete your account and sent out a new invitation to your new email address. You'll be able to create a new username then.
Can I add edit an account and add new permissions later on?
Refer to the Permissions section above

Accessibility
What do my credentials get me?
Creating an account with Logicbroker grants you access to a few different resources:
- Stage Portal - where testing takes place
- Production Portal - where live orders are processed
- Olivela Knowledge Base- where you can look up any testing or production-related questions *no need to login
- Learn Logicbroker - Logicbroker's Learning Management System that will walk you through the portal and provide a supplier overview

Troubleshooting
Can't find the portal invitation "Welcome to Logicbroker!" email or missed the 48-hour deadine to register?
Check your junk mail folder & add do-not-reply@logicbroker.com to your contacts list. If you cannot find it, have someone from your team send out a new invitation.
Already registered but can't log in?
Make sure you are using your username to log in, not your email (unless you registered with your email address as your username). *Note: usernames and passwords are case-sensitive
If you cannot remember your username, you can ask someone from your team who has Users permissions (most have this turned on by default): in the portal, go to Settings > Manage Users
Still no luck? Reach out to support@logicbroker.com and let us know your account name and your email address and we'll remind you of your username.
Trying to log in but your company is not enabled in production?
Depending on your integration method with Olivela, your company may or may not be enabled in production during the onboarding phase - when trying to login to the production portal, you will see this message:
The following integrations will not be enabled in production until you have completed all onboarding tasks and should only use the stage portal until you are ready to move over to production:
- EDI
- API
Integration types that have instant access to both stage and production portals from the onboarding stage are:
- Manual Inv + Web Portal
- Web Portal + O Shopify Inv
- Shopify + LB Connector
If you are using one of these integrations and are still seeing that error message, reach out to support@logicbroker.com and let us know your account name and your integration method and we'll enable your account in production.
*Note: your credentials for stage will be the same as for production
